The perfect fit

We provide services based on team member skills and the unique requirements of each project. Our projects address a wide variety of needs, many of which require specific skill sets. P3 Israel members will be asked to serve on those projects that most closely match and need their specific skills and capabilities.

Cultural Training

We provide team members with an in-depth overview of Israeli society and history, cultural differences, religious aspects and accepted does and don’ts. They receive information about the hosting community and the type of work they will be doing. All questions will be answered in hopes to create deeper understanding.

We build relationships

Our programs are not your generic Israel tour. We bring you face-to-face with the real Israel, providing you with an experience that no tour can ever provide. We introduce you to real people and not just places. People you will talk to, work side-by-side with and, ultimately—we hope—build lasting friendships with.

A Feeling of security

Teams are given insight into Israeli safety and security. All members will feel confident by the advice given along with the basic guidelines that will facilitate a comfort level to build bonds between team members and the people they are working with. They will have an understanding of the local challenges and any safety guidelines in place.

ACTIVITIES Beyond Work

A variety of after work activities are provided based on the makeup and capabilities of the host community. This may include informal get-togethers with community members and leaders, hosting by families, or talks by community members about their lives and experiences. One day of your visit is devoted to a tour of the surrounding area.

Self Empowerment

Our aim, alongside providing the help needed, is to ensure that team members enjoy an uplifting and empowering experience, that they meet a side of Israel and its people that helps foster a deeper understanding and provides the foundations for new relationships and a meaningful, fulfilling experience.

P3 Israel projects provide the opportunity to have a people to people experience. I look forward to meeting Israelis who share common life challenges with me.
