Thank You for Who You Are

“At first, we couldn’t understand why these people would give up their vacation time and spend their money to come and work on the kibbutz. They don’t even know us. But after we spoke to some of them and hosted a couple at home, we realized that they just wanted to help and make a contribution to our community. So, thank you so much for what you did and for being who you are.”

“When I was asked if we would host a couple of people from the group for dinner, I was a bit nervous. What would we talk about and what would I feed them (I’m not the best cook in the world). But I had a wonderful evening with Tom and Sue. So much so that if they come again, I want to host them again.”
